It's good that Sanju's father came forward and responded. It might help Cricket Board to open their eyes and select future players based on merit rather than regional preference. When Twenty world cup arrives, they will put Sanju in One day format. When One day world cup arrives, they will put Sanju in T20 cricket. These sort of practises will affect morale of players and their performance.

This will be the other way. There is limit to patience. The last match sanju played in ODI was in SA, he scored a match and series winning 100 there. After that he was left in the ditch. Since then the Indian team visited SL, they lost there, home series with NZ , clean shaved and then BGT, got clobbered there and yet the selectors select the same team for champions trophy.
