I'm Australian, Sarina Wiegman is underpaid. £1.5m vs £5m pounds for Gareth Southgate. How can you pay the architect of your successes so little. It would be a crime to wait to her contract to end before you bump up the salary.

The FA have said they'll look at her contract after the WC. I'm pretty sure you'll see an increase in wages no matter what happens.

I read (in the Guardian today) that her salary was only £400,000 compared to the £5m pounds for Gareth Southgate. I agree they should pay her more, the Americans are after her apparently and they will offer her much more I think. We must keep her with England!

I’ve watched England women in 4 World Cups now. Before Sarina took over the players couldn’t string 3 passes together. After 2019 World Cup they were going downhill. What she has done with those same players is amazing. It just shows it’s down to management of players.
