Buongiorno,... What can I say, such a beautiful Villa. I like that it is big but not over the top big. i love how the indoor and outdoor spaces flow in multi places throughout the house. The living room mural is stunning, it captures the style of the island architecture. The Master Bedroom had wonderful decoration,, i see all those hats on the floor and was thinking put one on Stefanie, looked like the perfect day to wear one of those. As the cooler weather starts here i see the pool and wish it was warm like that here all year so i could jump in anytime. One of the highlights of the property I must say it’s the private dock, its access to the sea, it’s a beautiful location. The furnitures many with sea related accents are beautiful, with lovely finish in textures and colors, Of course the garden heightens the beauty of the landscape. And I loved the mural, the painting with the houses, it somehow keeps in tune with the colors but adds depth, there’s no way to ignore it. Also the bedroom with the painted sky with white doves, it’s so well done, because they are painted soft like clouds, what it transpires is peacefulness. It has several convivial spaces very well thought of, including the sound systems. It’ must be the kind of place you keep thinking of when you’re away. Like a home should.

While the villa on the exterior seems pretty unassuming, it really is quite special as it's so much a part of the environment and reminds me of the design philosophy of the great American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. And, oh man, that great Mediterranean landscape and garden! A little color here and there with bougainvillea, but really unique structural plants in perfect design around the property. I normally love Stefanie and her property tours, but I have to say this place is decorated in every hideous style of the 50s, 60s, and 70s all rolled in to one. You just can't put lipstick on a pig and expect it not to be a pig. I will say though, that the outside spaces are terrific--the best feature of the property! I really love the stonework on this home, not to mention the location. If I were to judge Italy on your presentations alone, Stefanie, I would consider it to be in another dimension altogether. There is a video that takes the viewer on a long walk through Positano on the Amalfi Coast. I was mesmerized and could not turn away. like a dream.
