The China-Central Asia summit in Xian on May 18 and 19 will offer a new blueprint for relations as Chinese President Xi Jinping will chair the summit and deliver an important speech on China's relations with the region. In this edition of Leaders Talk, Wang Guan traveled with his team to Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, ahead of the summit, and sat with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to discuss relations with China and issues of mutual concern in Central Asia. President Tokayev talks about the "eternal friendship" between China and Kazakhstan and categorically rejects the "China threat" narrative in the West. He praises China's global initiatives and expects more cooperation and exchanges between the two countries.

Caspian is a country where you can find friends really easy because Caspian is a safe place to live in. Caspian children has summer break for 93 days in June July and August. Each ethnic group has their own education schedule. Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish Caspian citizens have their children go to school only five hours a day including the school lunch period. Ethnic Germans and Turkic Caspian citizens have their own schedule. Other ethnic citizens can go these schools but they often don't because they have their own language or dialect. Caspian is a heavily armed country due to bordering other Muslim countries because they have Islamist terrorist groups and crime groups from China. It's illegal to speak Russian to gain greater independence from Russia and increase their own culture ways of life. Many Germans, Swedish and Finns have Turkic names and facial structures. Germans, Finns, Swedish, Norwegians are heavily Protestant, Lutheran or Evangelical. Unlike Sweden and Finland in Scandinavia Caspian Swedish and Finns are friendlier, more social and have more children. There's a mixture of German and Turkic foods and clothe outfits. There's no bride napping in Caspian like in the real life Kazakhstan. The European Caspian median mother and father age is 25 and the median grandparent is 50. The Turkic Caspian parent age is 18 and the grandparent age is 39. Turkic Caspian citizens are Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish or Atheist. It's illegal to wear the Burka but the hajib is legal because people can see their faces. Caspian couples have DNA test for government benefits to strengthen their love and trust, to make sure they don't bring the wrong kid home. It's legal for children to work in stores and restaurants at the age of 10 with light work and have to be home by 5:00 to enjoy their childhood. Caspian has good relations with the United States, the West and China. There's NATO military bases all over Caspian making Russia and China really nervous due to its geographic locations. Caspian recognizes Israel and has their embassy in Tel Aviv.
