1. Oxygenated Blood: Blood becomes oxygenated in the lungs, where it picks up oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. Oxygenated blood is transported to the kidneys via the renal arteries and eventually reaches the afferent arterioles. 2. Unfiltered Blood: "Unfiltered" means that this blood contains substances like metabolic waste (urea, creatinine), excess salts, and water that need to be filtered out by the kidneys. Despite being oxygenated, this blood hasn't yet passed through the kidney's filtration system (the glomerulus), so it still carries these wastes. Why This Happens: Blood serves two main roles simultaneously: 1. Delivering oxygen to organs and tissues for cellular processes (oxygenation). 2. Removing wastes and maintaining homeostasis (filtration in kidneys). So, oxygenated blood is unfiltered when it enters the kidneys because its primary journey (oxygen delivery) happens before its secondary function (waste filtration). After filtration, oxygenated blood exits the glomerulus, while the wastes are excreted in urine.

Pehle urine kam concentrated hota (300 mOsmol). jab urine decending loop me jata hai to concentrate badhta phir accending loop me concentration ghat hi jata hai to bich me lower end pr concentration badhane ka kya reason hai???

Actually woh medullary Interstitium ki concentration hoti hai 300 mOsm/L to 1200 mOsm/L and not of filtrate, toh jab filtrate pct se move karega into descending limb of LOH mein toh woh concentrate hone ke liye h2o bahar Intersititium mein release karega aur filtrate concentrated ho jaayega with respect to Intersititium but jab woh ascending limb se upar move karega toh Intersititium ki concentration 1200 se 300 mOsm/L ho jaayegi toh woh Electrolytes like Na+ or NaCl ko release karega taki concentrated filtrate dilute ho jaaye WITH RESPECT TO medullary Intersititium. I hope samjh aagya hoga 😊
