Ever since I was a young teenager I was diagnosed with chronic migraine headaches. I was on prescription medication for many years, but most times, it did nothing but make me tired and put me to sleep. Fast forward to just a few years ago, I began researching natural remedies for the different ailments that my family was experiencing. God has given me an understanding for these sweet little wonders that pack a HUGE punch! We are taught to be scared of them or to see them as pesky weeds, but in reality, they were placed here by our Creator, as a gift for healing and care.
NOTE: I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be. Do your own research to see what's best for you.
