like the city of jakarta is very big and similar to auckland, even though i have lived in indonesia but have never been on vacation there.

i spent a lot of 2019 / 2020 in auckland - love that city - there are for sure some similarities but the thing about auckland is its really coastal and feels more like a oceanside town and its much much much smaller than jakarta!

Sad that you are Not visiting Bandung when in Jakarta...only 2-3 Hours from Jakarta... Such great spot and different vibe ... But its Ok you do has own plan... Still many spot has different view and vibe too .. When continou-ing way to the east by train visit east Java Surabaya Malang or the famous mount Bromo and kawah Ijen...that spot that I can reccomend . Stay save tim... Stay healthy... Travel well .
