Nick i suggest u just buy portable cot /naturehike cot and just sleep in front empty house, or just sleep in mosque, church, or police station

No need build tent, just use portable cot + sleeping bag is enough for bike touring Just go to mousque, church, police station or find empty safe house to sleep

wow it turns out that Nick has a unique hobby. This is a tough bike ride from Jakarta to Bali. there will be many broken, narrow, jammed road barriers. The hot sun, dirty dust, smoke pollution, bad people, etc. are obstacles. I suggest you don't go through quiet and crime-prone roads, stick to big and busy roads. If you stay overnight, you should at least look for a 3 star hotel for your safety. enjoy.❤

Tips'nya mudah jika kalian kemalaman saat berkendara di Indonesia, khususnya dengan sepeda. 1. Cari penginapan murah dipinggir jalan dengan biaya kurang dari 100 ribu rupiah per malam, jika lewat jalur utara (Pantura) banyak tersedia disepanjang jalan. 2. Beristirahat di SPBU (gas station), banyak pengendara jarak jauh yang beristirahat di SPBU. 3. Bermalam di mushola / masjid, minta izin dulu ke penjaga masjid apakah boleh bermalam disitu.

Felix's wife got to hug Nick twice, while Felix only got to hug Nick's girlfriend once. And Felix's wife approached NIck to hug him, while Felix had to approach Nick's girlfriend who reluctantly hugged him. Felix's wife gets more act-shun than he does lol

ah that market where you eat a watermellon is called ciputat, i live in a housing complex near there... you really ride your bicycle in that area, wow i bet it's really hot out there, and *SPOILER* my brother told me he saw you in Bandung yesterday, he said you're a big tall man, he even took a photo of you riding your bicycle and send it to me lol. cycling on normal roads in jakarta doesn't seem safe to me lol. yet somehow you managed it. glad you passed by felix's place. how about pass every places you've been! Teh Poci stand and university of Padjadjaran in bandung, hot spring in Cimahi I guess? lemonilo stand, lawang Sewu, etc. that would be a lot but would be fun too

If you are crossing the East Java region, you can try the route that passes through Kediri then heads to Blitar to see the grave of President Soekarno. Of course in Kediri there are also many beautiful places and food that is the icon of Kediri, namely tofu Poo. Enjoy your trip Nick, hopefully you will reach your destination safely

Hi Nick, of you will go to Bali please try south Java route. The road is not so busy as north, cleaner air, and you’ll get best scenery of Java Island.

22:53 it's going to be the beginning of tough work on your guys's legs. You had no idea what google map's got in mind at that time. That stage of your journey should have been tough, it's hilly and it kept going up for a few tens of kms further. You should be able to get a load of camp sites in that area, Google would have shown them on the map. It's a touristy area.
