Hi, Yes, 24 hours open. Cards time to time change hote hain. Aapko check karna padega counter pe. Eg, Mera Axis/ icici Bank ka card nahi chala, but mere friend ka ICICI chal gaya

Some cards offer lunch/ dinner too.. otherwise once you have entered, tea n coffe is complementary

There are no lockers on the ground floor. If you have taken the beds then u will get the lockers.. outside Ram Bharose😊

Probably, if you have large suitcases, you can ask at the counter to keep an eye, or give some lockers. At washroom area, small lockers are available, which can accommodate backpack or so. I will suggest to check at the counter first.

Hi, Yes, you can avail. It doesn't matter whether the journey ends or starts. Credit card needs to be checked at the reception. It changes from time to time.

Idfc select is ok. Idfc doesn’t have irctc card. Even the picture of card is select its juts typo error on their list. Lol

Mostly recline chair kaam hi nahi karta hai. Kuch to tuta hua hai. Toilet ka halat bhi thik nahi hai. Bad smell hai . Maintenance ka bahoot zaruret hai
