Funny you should say this because the Democrat magistrate presiding over my divorce used this tactic. I explained that I have HIPPA rights and she immediately ordered that I could not see my 2 children. That was allowed to happen in Valparaiso, Indiana. Porter County, Indiana that is controlled by DEMOCRATS! Democrat’s are the biggest hypocrites when it comes to the rights of people.

Highly irresponsible, as Indiana has one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the country And I add that todd rokita did not agree with releasing patient information when that little girl from ohio came to indiana for medical care, even though no specific information on her was released. Just a statement that hey, this happened.
