Smoothly done with minimum effort. Both SW modelling and 3D design are elegantly done, he is a Pro. Nip picking here - though this short 'resultant' fillet edge 16:58 seem off ('zebra' should confirm that).

Yes, Right the Fillet is a bit off here. You can use Curvature Continuous Face Fillet with Chord Width option. This will always gives you the better result than a normal fillet

Amazing Tutorial. I am having a little problem. At 12:51, Solidworks is not filleting the whole edges, when i manually select all, it gives error. What could be the problem? The problem is with the edges at one of the rounded corners

Make sure that the swept surfaces must be completely closed, Otherwise it will not work And, if it doesn't work then try to follow the steps exactly in the same order as shown in the video
