This video is the best encouragement to start exercising I’ve ever seen! I think the use of the brain image also helped going through all the brain explanation also. I have a biology background & I had some problem with the length of that explanation, even though I slowed the video down to 75%. Of course I’m depressed so that didn’t help. 🥹Thank you for taking all this time to make these videos.

I got depressed after knee injury and surgery. Running and working out was my everything - it was my source of self-confidence, strength and hope for fighting eating disorder without restricting. Yes, I can do something, but it's not the same because my body isn't as fit anymore. What would be the solution in this case?

I'm sorry to hear about your knee injury. You can find other ways, besides running to exercise. Low impact exercises can be just as beneficial.

I had a knee replacement and had started to swim before the surgery as it was getting harder to walk. I always feel better after swimming laps. I also added walking back in as my post surgery knee was better and I could start building up my walking distance. Preferably anywhere calm or in nature to walk was helpful too.

Exercise will help with sexuality and free blood flow.......opposite of that are antidepressants which cause sexual disfunction 70 % of people are impotent on antidepressants.
