This is exactly what I needed. I hate that in both gyms I use it's so hard to actually setup this type of pulldown. I'm going to try it this way but I worry if I'll be stable enough on only one side of the seat haha

Should torso be pointed straight forward? In the beginning of the video it looks like your pointed slightly towards the side of the pulling arm. Thanks.

I'm too tall for scapula movement. Since the machine's rom is not enough, I cannot allow my shoulder blade to go up. What should I do for full activation?

Sit on the ground or squat next to the machine?

@@hardcorebanana3737 Yeah Righuppercut is on it, sit on the ground instead. If you're too tall, that's the only viable option. That, or buy a custom built lat pulldown machine that will accomodate your size. These are the only 2 solutions.
