Today we have Yesaya (@yesayaasaudale ) as our guest. And yes, you’re right, he’s here for the second time! We guess that Yesaya loves pain from exercising with Coach Met so much that he needs to come back for the second time 🙈😂
They’re doing a cardio workout, with a little bit of muscular endurance exercise while they’re catching their breath in between sets.
They will do jump rope for 5 minutes straight, then a quick break for drink, muscular endurance exercise for 1 minute, then go back to jump rope for another 5 mins, until they reach 4 times!
You can also do it at home if you’re feeling inspired and motivated!
Cardio exercise uses repetitive contraction of large muscle groups to get your heart beating faster and is the most beneficial type of exercise for your cardiovascular system!
