i Started ballet because of you Ms.Auti. I try and do every single one of your videos. I recently got my first pair of ballet shoes instead of doing my ballet in socks. You feel like my perfect teacher and i’m improving because of you. I want to be a proms ballerina when i grow up and i’m starting now at 10-10 (1/2). I am so happy and i love you so much Ms.Auti. I wish i could be in real class with you one day. Everyone tells me i can never be a ballerina because i’m 180 pounds. But i believe i can do it with you. Love you so much❤️♾

When you have sore feet and use a ball to massage them it feels sooooo good. Omg I used to do this when I worked 12+ hours a day in the medical field.

Hey Auti. so ive been dancing for about ten years now and i started ballet almost 1 1/2 years ago and my teacher said that she thought i was ready for pointe and i was wondering if that was enough experience to go en pointe safely. i always do workouts/stretches like this anyway and i use one of those colorful workout bands to strengthen my feet and improve my arches. i just dont wanna hurt myself lol. any advice would be great!

Maybe you should check your strength if you think your flexibility is ok. You can do this with turns They will expose your ankles. Is just my 2 cents

I think I have a problem with demi-points, but not one I've seen other people adressing xD Basically I don't have any balance and I think that's because I don't know how to use my fingers xD seriously. 3 years ago I did a feet exam in my gym that showed where our weight was distributed in the feet, and the examiner commented I was the 1st person he saw that didn't use the fingers to support body weight. Well, we just laughted it off at my lazy finger, but now that I started doing jazz it's not funny anymore lol well, I just gotta train them to become reliable. The scrunch the paper exercise might be my savior!

Dorsal flexion, plantair flexion are not difficult words ;) (I get where you got confused about the ilio-tibial ligament /one of you other vids, I enjoyed a lot btw!/, but the latin is there so people all over the world can understand what you are talking about when discussing bodyparts so plze *do* try to get it right (?) )
