I have used practices from Ricardo Iznaola Kitharologus: The Path To Virtuosity there are a lot of great exercises, my guitar instructor studied under Ricardo Iznaola for his master's. there's also Left Hand Techniques and Limits to the Impossible...if you can find it

If you play more, you'll have more. At least 30 min a day should provide suficient growth. There is no true technuiqe to build them, except just to play.

Lawrence Hiun Its depends on your needs ,Its necesary to improve your performance with a diary technique study cause its just like training on the gym,but also you can work as well checking some parts that you need to perfect on a piece.

Уважаемый Андрей, такие вопросы ко мне приходят и я регулярно на них отвечаю :-) Проблема в том, что у меня катастрофически не хватает времени, чтобы делать субтитры. Съемка видео для Ask Tatyana длится не 5 минут и последующее оформление видео для выхода в KZbin тоже требует большого количества времени. В связи с тем, что я полностью загружена как концертирующий гитарист и педагог, у меня к сожалению нет возможности работать над субтитрами. Подобные вопросы приходят иногда и от испано говорящих. Для того чтобы удовлетворить все разносторонние желания, мне надо было бы бросить работу и заниматься только видео и субтитрами к ним. Я уже не раз писала, что если ко мне в рубрику придет конкретный (!) вопрос, заданый на русском языке, я с удовольствием отвечу на него на русском. Пока большинство вопросов задается на английском, в том числе поэтому я на английском и отвечаю. Не устаю мотивировать всех русско говорящих - задавайте конкретные интересующие вас вопросы и я буду с удовольствием на них отвечать.
