Hey there Buff Babes + Bros!!! Come to the gym and train with me and do a FULL quad focused leg workout! Crack open an energy drink and let's go! 💪🏼 FULL LEG WORKOUT BELOW!
1️⃣ Leg Extension: 1-2 warm up (2x12-15) triple drop set - last set hold each rep at the top for 3 seconds
2️⃣ Giant Set: (3 sets total)
-Walking Lunges (x10)
-Squat (x10)
-Leg Press(x10)
3️⃣ Glute Focused Split Squats: 1 warm up (2x12) each leg
1 AMRAP of leg extensions
4️⃣ Hip Thrusts w/ Band: (3x15-20)
5️⃣ Abductions: (3x20)

@@juliarene just curious, if you do leg extensions first then aren't you getting too exhausted for your more high intensity workouts that require lots of energy such as barbell squats? Shouldn't you do the barbell squats (the most intense first) so that you will be full of energy?

Julia Rene is 100% 🔥! Just started the video, as in at the intro. For me, and it took years and years of bodybuilding to figure out my body, Vsquat and Hacksquat are the only two things that make my quads grow, and get sore. I can leg press, do regular squats, one legged squats, front squats, all of it. It hurts during, but after, nothing. There are only two things that make my quads big and vascular AF. It's a weird deal. Let's roll the video.....

Would love to hear more on why you prefer the giant set to just doing the three exercises. Seems like the sets wouldn’t be as focused and intense as they could be with rest.
