Your young lad has a pronounced lumbar lordosis with anterior pelvic tilt. 2:55 I did this from another video some time ago and quickly experienced parathesia down my left arm and it took me months to recover.

Excellent video! How many times per week should we do these exercises and stretches? Should we also be working to strengthen our serratus anterior?

They normally suggest twice a day but if you’re like me it makes you really ache. Just build it up slowly if you have a severe case.
