Ek week mein kitne din ye exercises Karni zaroori hai.Mai abhi ye exercises roz Kar rahi hoon ...par kabhi kabhi exercises miss ho jaati hai.

Ye exercises kam se kam hafte mein 3 din karna chahiye.Is se jyada kar sakte hain to hafte mein 5 din kaafi hai
