Thanks a lot... I am compelled to comment... I was having mild pain in shoulder for last 4 year and was managing with stretching and yoga but it never went away.... After doing above excercise for 5 days(which is simple and very less time consuming), it's gone... It's fantastic...but I am continuing it for betterment

Usually 6 weeks ke baad in exercises par progress kar sakte hain ..lekin ankle sprain grade aur pain and swelling ke according decide karna theek rahega

Din mein ek baar karna zaroori hai..kuch exercises jo easy aur simple hain stiffness kam karne ke liye unko aap din mein 2-3 times repeat kar sakte hain

Slight stretch is okay..if it is painful ..pls don't continue with these exercises.Discuss with your physio

Mam meri slap tear surgary ko three months ho gaye h lekin abi b asa lgta h haath me energy nhi h theek se aur proper movement b nhi h . Excrise pain ki vjha se jada ho nhi paati. Means ki slow process me h

Focus on exercises..initially Isometrics followed by other stability strengthening exercises. Use cold packs for pain relief.. Need to work on it
