This is great! After years of ballet dancing starting when I was 6, in my case it is too late for preventing, but not too late to follow your excercises. Thank you so much for sharing them!

This was so helpful! Thank you im gonna do this and reaaaally needed this advise, I've been do it ballet for only 2 years and only recently realized that what I was doing was not pointing , and now I cannot point properly even if my life depended on it I just curl them and feel so not in control of my toes, and haven't find much advice on this or exercises I can do to correct it so thank you, I was really looking forward for something like this :')

i have this thing where I flick my big toe and other toe back and fourth is this like the same thing i also have this same problem i just dont know because its been happening for my whole life.
