Happy New Year Mason! This is another great video. I have to admit I haven’t done any exercise since lockdown last March. After seeing this you’ve really inspired me to do more. I’ve put on a lot of weight since I switched from a manual to a powerchair 6 years ago as a direct result of being less active. . I really miss my weekly swimming at the moment. I always appreciate your advice and positive outlook and will be watching this again with my notebook and pen at the ready! I look forward to your future videos on here. Many thanks.

Hi Mason, it was really awesome to find your video and your channel. I have a C-5 six injury. I have no grip in either hand and my left arm is a bit less functional than my right. I am 50 years old. I’ve been in a wheelchair for 35 years. I am developing my own exercise routine. It’s never too late. Since I have no grip motion it’s difficult for me to do some of the things that you have shown. I like dancing so I create a routine that’s based on trying to keep all of the muscles worked out. I am very impressed by your strength and focus. Keep it up! What you’re doing is going to help a lot of people stay healthy and fit. Thanks!

Hey Nirmala! I don't have any grip either. Here are videos of products that I use made by Active Hands for people that do not have grip/hand function. Adaptive Products For Poor Finger Function - Active Hands: kzbin.info/aero/PLZHiEN9jrDvPrT0I1tOZkbCDhSd50RPA_

I've been using my active hands products every day for 4 years and I don't know what I would do without them.

I have too hi tone spastic muscles to lift weights. I am fortunate to have a recumbent bicycle that I am on two or three hours for five days a week. I agree with your assessment: exercise is good for your mind and your body!

I ride in my off road wheelchair whenever possible which is lever propelled so it gives me a good upper body workout, I also have an app on my phone that tracks all of my rides for me. I recently got a second cushion and side guards as Christmas presents for my off road wheelchair which hopefully will make it easier for me to push in it because I'll be sitting up higher 🙂
