@thedemon1784 - A knockoff of ours, yes. Also ours is 45.99...Magnets att 5.75. So very close for the original product with. 1 yr warranty vs a 14 day return window, stronger build, personal backing, custom snap in manifolds, ability to filter with merv 13 cartridges, better custom built fan, upgraded battery and significantly longer battery life, and the list goes on... It's unfortunate in an industry as small as ours, that a guy his size will come in and just rip off another airsofters patent pending product. In the day and age of cheap knockoffs, many will never appreciate the money and stress it takes for someone to bring a product up like this from scratch...We had just tipped 100k invested from R&D, Dyes from scratch (good steel and tolerances for better product), the patent process, incorporating, part's and supply, etc...And that was before we were able to ever put our first one across the table and say "would you like to buy this"... Then comes building a market as many couldn't comprehend wearing something like this... Then along comes Nov. He could've lifted up the sport by saying "check out what that other airsofter did", but nope... So now here comes a substandard product, and people jumping on an add to comment how his is "only 50 bucks"... This is what kills innovation in our industry sadly... Small families have great ideas, but see stuff like this and we never see them make it to light, as they know guys like this will just snag, cheapen, and push to their huge markets... Granted, well keep fighting as I still work two jobs and refuse to give up...But many just can't put in the hours we do to fight this stuff...

Thanks so much! We do try to veer away from top mount if we can help it, as it's counterintuitive, being it fights against the heat and humidity that's naturally trying to come up and out...But we've got a ton of customers that like to too mount, so it would be a cool adjustment for some people....Will consider

Yeah heat rises so this idea is better. I have mine ready to mount. Super happy with the exfog setup. After 20 years of dealing with fogging when playing airsoft, this is my final solution, it just works! Pairing it with some dual pane Wiley x spear goggles 👌

Since I'm wearing a helmet, would it be more effective to have ventilation coming from the top rather than from the sides ?

Depends on the person. In my case, I like it coming from the sides. But I do have a video floating around where it's done from the top, and it literally snaps in as I put on my helmet....That's the beauty of the universal magnet system. You can put it where YOU want it... and also, there's two issues with top-down connections, when it comes to defogging. 1. Top down is always less efficient. Reason being is that heat and moisture will want to naturally rise already - So air pushing it back down into the goggles will clear it, but less efficiently. 2. More importantly, in the case of a "T" type of connection, it encourages tubing to run across the top of the goggles. That's significantly worse, as it creates a trap, reducing efficiency even further. Will it clear, yes, but with greater power use, and will have a tendency to fog up faster, pending the individual. But like I said - The good news is that you can do whatever works best for your personal situation with this system, as if you want on top/bottom/sides, go for it...

How does the magnet system work? Do you need to cut holes into the foam of the mask?

Yep. Every mask is a bit different. Most were able to just use a hobby knife, like an Exacto Knife, and just carefully cut a hole and push er through. Always start very small, as many masks (such as these) just required one small cut.

I run sunflys this unfortunatly wont work for me i could do with some form of vent to blow air into my ballistic glasses that sits under my helmet padding

Do you mean the Revision Sawfly's? Do you run the gasket? If so, most Guys just tuck the tubes around the temple area. If not, and you run with no full seal, TACS (Tactical Airsoft Combat Simulations) has a connector for the stems that allow the tubing to just pass through and sit on the lens. Other people just use a tiny zip tie or tiny rubber band at the stem. If you wanna give it a shot, hmu at [e-mail] and I we can discuss other hookup ideas. Keep in mind with our product, you are in good hands if you can't make it work for you...

Haven't tried on those personally yet, but will pick up. Hard to say with the magnet specifically. It's an easy setup to just tuck the tubing around the temple area as we've done for the last 5yrs, or even notch the seal at a place you like (I've seen that a few times as well)... So ExFog will work fine with it, but the magnets make me curious. I'll pick some up, but I'd imagine I'll just end up tucking the tubes if the sidewalls are too narrow and run it like I do on my low pro goggles... Great question though. Ya got me curious!

How do they stand up with the generic glasses inserts? Do they conflict or not? As this is really something I'm in need to know given that no EU stores sell this... and I'd drop 25-30 euro's on essentially some silly magnets. Also, are there plans for a USB-C update in the (near) future? Given micro-USB is pretty much outdated since the last 5 years already. And USB-C tech is basically "mandatory" for all tech in the EU at this point. Especially the costs of this all, really makes the Novshit AFU look really tempting for EU purchasers, given it's half the price for that + pouch w/ polycarbonate plate to make up for the shitty case quality... Hence why I'd really want to be certain before I drop 100+ EUR on it.

Not sure how I missed this, but several EU stores carry this. What country are you in? I think Krale and Shogun, Paintball Sports (Germany) would be a few. Some have the newest incoming (the XTs) and were helping to move OG product, so you might be seeing some sales also. If you are spending 100 Euros on this, I'd think you're looking in the wrong place. Also, yes, we released our XT Series which includes Type C Charging so now about 1.5 hours vs I think we clocked 3.5 on the Novvy, Quick Clear Mode with fan overspool around 120% to quickly clear fog and always land on high, unique serial # to allow for ID, and Tracking for even better quality, improved air flow from our prior release, Magnets Included, and huge upgrade to fully enclosed ball-bearing (not sleeve bearing) fans, for even greater quality....Also don't forget our 1 year warranty including strikes on insured fields, vs. a 14 day return window. Night and day difference. Also all these upgrades didn't affect the end price for our customers. Still $45.99 US for the Essential Kit (including magnets) And $59.99 for the Standard Kit which adds Tband and Headband hookups... So you could likely order direct with higher freight because vat tax would be offset. As for generic glasses inserts, no problem. We've been clearing that for years even before our upgrades. Shouldn't be any comparison.

If you search airsoft goggles on Amazon, some of your first results are extremely similar to the revision Desert Locusts shown here. They are very inexpensive, and claim to be Ansi Z87.1 rated, which is the minimum requirement for most airsoft, assuming that's what you'd be using them for... As always, we can't officially recommend any specific brand, as products can vary, and I've seen some really sketchy stuff out there. But what I personally look for is that they outright state that they are Z87.1 or Z87.1+ rated goggles (be careful that some will say "airsoft certified", or say "similar to z87.1", or things like that, and that means basically nothing imho), but you should be able to find what your looking for pretty easy :) Hope this helps!

@@Exfog yeah I managed to find them, is the installation easy as I feel if I just poked a hole and put the magnets through they was just come out along with the tube? Or to you cut the hole a lot smaller for a tighter fit?

I'll shoot ya some thoughts! But it's pretty straightforward. Most goggles I just use a hobby knife and poke kind of a star shape in the sides. Usually goes ruggt through and we have a rubber washer stopper on the other side to keep from pulling out. Just don't overdo it and make some crazy big hole, lol...
