Sandoval D. MEGA he does have a dialogue with billy sorry. I guess i forgot to include this one too. As for kyo and ex iori you really cant get the dialogues in arcade mode. I tried

This guy and reminds me of Rick Taylor from Splatterhouse (Two strong men wearing masks) But the difference is that Rick just got stronger from wearing the mask. Mr Karate trained all his life to become stronger. If a fight between them would happen, I think the fight goes to Rick, since the mask can help him regenerate from every injuries. But if it was a maskless fight, Takuma definitely takes the cake, since he trained all his life mastering hus own Karate style; maskless Rick can't even save Jennifer, let alone defend himself
