Wow, that exhaust makes some noise. I think it sounds better than any of the aftermarket exhausts I've heard.

I agree. I plan on getting a high flow catted downpipe also. Let's see how it sounds after that.

My ecoboost is a 2018 and I find the active exhaust interesting but unfortunately they're only available from factory for 2019-20 models. Anyways I just installed a Borla ATAK axle-back and I'm very satisfied with it. Nice video and keep the good information coming. I'm thinking about intercooler now. What's your recommendation?

I have the CV Fabrication Race Front Mount Intercooler and highly recommend it. I have also hear the the Full Race FMIC is probably the best you can get for this platform, but a little more expensive then the CV Fab. I went with a bigger FMIC because I am tracking and racing my car. If you are just using this as your daily driver and the occasional drag race then you could probably get away with getting a Garrett, or the CV Fab Street IC. There are a few options out there, it really just depends on your application and how much you can spend.

I have the active exhaust as well but mine isn’t as loud as yours. Any changes?

Only thing that I added that could've change the sound a little was the Airaid Modular Intake Tube. I think it gives it more of a whoosh sound when you let off of the throttle.

Its only that loud due to his microphone settings. I have a 19 with Active Exhaust and its nowhere near that raspy.

@@lynex83 Is yours tuned? I have wondered how a Pro Tune would change the exhaust sound. Also wondering if you have the Airaid Intake Tube, or any other form of CAI? I like the way the car sounds and don't plan on changing anything with the exhaust anytime soon.
