Your Patreon member who said Costco gas is substandard was wrong. Costco is recognized as Top Tier, which means it meets carmakers' standards for having the extra detergent ingredients to not carbon up and clog direct injection systems. That member didn't know what they were talking about.

Wasn’t really the member who said it. A Lexus master tech at the dealership came out and told him about Costco gas. Granted I don’t know why that master tech said what he said because Costco gas does seem to be some of the best out there

Used to have bmw when I was younger, and I feel bad to compare them but it is honest since they are in the same pricing tier and packages, however, Audi A4 was never meant to be a fast car but is about comfort. Wanna go fast, bmw, lexus, bmw will neve be comfort like audi. Audi is a old school style for different people, in my opinion. Owned bmw and c300. If you go to mercedes and ask them about their competitors, they will say “we don compete with Audi”, off course, mercedes is something else, but its all about your taste. Being old, Audi fits perfect in comfort and just for you to enjoy your drive, not to go fast. You have others for that

Great review, not my cup of tea, but all is good. I know your probably right advising buying the "less optioned" models in some cases. I just get checkboxitus when I'm buying cars, and on the few occasions that I did not, I wish I had. Love the honest unbiased reviews.

Exact reason they have a 40 and a 45 option engine: advertise higher horsepower AND advertise higher gas mileage. Many people won’t notice and think they are getting the higher hp and higher gas mileage, but that’s not the case. Personally I’m fine with the 40.

You mean like an ND Filter, already got one my friend! Got the Polar Pro lite chaser filter set, this vid was actually filmed about a month ago and I hated the way the b roll turned out so I procrastinated on putting this together but whatever got to do it. Didn’t have the kit at the time but the Corolla, Q5, and Bronco vids I filmed were with the filter kit, that’s why there’s drastically less reflections in those vids 👍

@@MeynMotorGroup Ah ok, I wasn't sure if there was light refracting off the case as there's this green large spot and other smaller greenish spots that show on the cars as you're filming and I thought that a dark case might stop it from happening to you.

No disrespect, but it looks like a $45,000 Jetta. For that money get a Lexus, Acura or Benz. At least the styling of these three is unique and classy. Not a big fan of Audi. I would get a BMW before I get an Audi.

Save yourself the time and get the A5 instead. Much more practical of a car, especially since it's a sportback/hatchback.

It's and endless money pit if you keep it after the warranty expires. I'd rather lease the S8 with the 563 horsepower twin turbo and drive it like "The Transporter" for a few years and then hand them the keys back and walk away. At 3,2 on the 0-60, pretty quick car for a behemoth sled. As for the car reviewed today. It's just a smaller endless money pit. There's a reason that these cars are dirt cheap when they are 10 years old. To your point about the Honda Accord, I'd buy it in a heart beat over the A4 if it still came with the manual 6 speed and the 2.0 turbo for a fraction of the price.

With the depreciation rate of luxury or near luxury sedans, unless you buy a Lexus new and keep it forever, leasing is the way to go as you can lose $10k or more a year on depreciation. Will be interesting to see if you can find a new twin turbo tundra to review. Enjoy your reviews.

Nah man it’s getting bad they keep ramping up fuel prices and European regulations are causing companies to ditch ICE cars. Every company is going EV by 2030 some as soon as 2025 future looks grim. Not sure if I can get a Tundra in our area would be nice if I could, appreciate you watching
