Exhibition Tour | Nick Cave: Forothermore at the Guggenheim Museum | November 2022

In this video, we visit a new exhibition, Nick Cave: Forothermore, at the Guggenheim Museum. The show covers the entire breadth of the artist’s career and features sculpture, installation, video, and rarely-seen early works. The title is a neologism, a new word that reflects the artist’s lifelong commitment to creating space for those who feel marginalized by dominant society and culture-especially working-class communities and queer people of color.

Item at 4.46 mins is NOT a 'spitoon '(thankfully) . It is part of an antique cast iron money box. These are available to buy online. I bought one myself for the same reason as Nick Cave.
