I've had decent luck. 3 divines and an exalt during leveling plus 4 more from some boots i sold. I agree, Affliction is a lot of fun. You never quite know what to expect. Plus souping up the outside mobs is fun if you don't have any luck in the forest.

Yes, spiritual aid. + damage over time or physical damage over time is the best.

The staff with 5 or 6 link is super expensiv + it needs to have right stats. Compared those 2 shields are cheaper than a veiled staff with 0 links. And a matching 1 hand can be found for every amount of currency.

There is a leveling pob in old vid. But was quiet rough in my eyes with 2hand sunder. But after unskilled that and got cry it's nice. Esp with the minions. Also auras mana efficiency took alot of time due to their position for jugg. Maybe lvl 60 ish for 4 auras
