Everyone is already aware of manipulation in some places, so there's no point in beating a dead horse. Point is to highlight issues with a framework that people think is flawless (general elections in India). It's to highlight that democratic institutions have always been compromised in India, much like China, except that India is less efficient than China.

No where is this permanent job culture followed like here we need 5-7 year revision and need to focus on newer ppl like abroad, west etc no govt job barring the one which requires training ( like civil services etc) or emergency services like healthcare must be permanent govt job dosent mean permanent job , it's just another job

Edit: What differentiates a genuine academician from a layman suspectible to Dunning Kruger is the farmer's academic integrity will not let his ego make him say 'will' where 'may' is warranted, while only the later would be so divorced from objectivity to think a 'may' is somehow unbecoming
