Sometimes I wonder why these so called intellectuals are remaining mute on other issues like electoral manipulation in Bengal. Isn't it selective amnesia?
@KFHGJVIN
@KFHGJVIN Жыл бұрын
Everyone is already aware of manipulation in some places, so there's no point in beating a dead horse. Point is to highlight issues with a framework that people think is flawless (general elections in India). It's to highlight that democratic institutions have always been compromised in India, much like China, except that India is less efficient than China.

@@lakshyavarshney9942 quite a long reply, yes I could agree with you that irrespective of religion Indians by and large are uneducated and also disrespectful of the educated to the extent that they use them to fulfil their own ends and then throw them out . That’s why most leave before that happens to them but poor scholars who can’t afford suffer.

Only someone who has zero idea about academic research would even raise this question. Edit: What differentiates a genuine academician from a layman suspectible to Dunning Kruger is the farmer's academic integrity will not let his ego make him say 'will' where 'may' is warranted, while only the later would be so divorced from objectivity to think a 'may' is somehow unbecoming
