I can relate the questions. I once work as field enumerator and I survey households collecting data about poverty level. There's one well built house where my respondent is a stay at home mother (and she's a chubby woman)and her husband is in the army, obviously a financially stable family but I still read the question "Did any member in your family suffers hunger within a month?" And the respondent burst laughing and said "sir look at my body, does this look someone suffered hunger to you?" continues to laugh, good thing she was not offended. But I feel so awkward, why I read that question without common sense.
