Got it! Fun! Can you tell me which of your puzzle books is most similar (in level mostly but also types of puzzles if applicable) to the puzzles in the Exit Advent calendar?

Definitely “The Undercover Agent”, published my Michael O’Mara and which should be available widely. Or if you like much tougher puzzles, then my self-published 404 Interactive Puzzle Book which is only available on Amazon. (See www.book-404.com)

Oh that secret message of yours was sneaky! I had watched all the videos and hadn't spotted what had changed (well it was subtle). Glad there is a playlist on your channel so I could go back and easily jump to the start of each video in turn.

I was so convinced that it was too obvious but I don't think anyone spotted it in advance! I suppose it also depends what you're watching on - since on a phone for example it is pretty tiny! :)

Merry Christmas Gareth! It was fun watching you do the advent calendar. We enjoyed comparing how well we did. I will admit this last day was a bit easy for me as during the day where it was hidden one of the clues on that day was to look around, I know they have hidden things like that in the past and lifted up the floor board during that day. Ended up spoiling it for me on accident. We will be sure to keep following and we always look for your books when we are at the stores now. Have a wonderful Holiday! Oh and the hidden message was very clever. We did have to go back to find it though.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who was too curious to see what was in the last room. The Dutch version says as a punishment I have to watch Hercules in New York. It doesn't say for eternity, so I might actually do that. Thank you so much for your videos. The calendar was great fun, but your videos made the experience even better! I was SURE it was going to be the BttF room, its' camera was red! And I had noticed the hidden message, and guessed how it ended, but there was nothing to see there before - that's clever! Belated Merry Christmas from me too! These videos have been great, and it’s been great following your solves of the puzzles. I actually very strongly suspected, and also said to my wife, that there’s something under the room 9 floor! I always put all the stuff back in the room after solving, and that day there almost wasn’t room to close the lid due to the card being higher up than in the other rooms! So I wasn’t surprised that that was where the reward was hidden. But great calendar. Much better than last year’s, and almost as good as the Golden Book. Pretty much same level as that one.

Oh well spotted! My calendar is not neat enough (especially after I tore the side flaps back on day 1) to notice that sort of thing. :) As to comparing the calendars, I don't really remember the individual days well enough to distinguish between them in any meaningful way. If only I had made videos of them so I could check back... oh, wait...
