Exit the Gungeon- Secure Seating Quest

This one took ages to show up, in case it helps here are this run's details. Bullet, normal skin, no hat. Bullet's elevator route, talk to Bello before and after the boss fight on each floor. Once he starts mentioning stools I think you are on track. Not sure if that is all necessary but I'd been trying to get this side quest to start for a week!
