Hello, I got placed at EXL on 25th Nov, 2022 and my joining date was June 1, 2023 but then in March through my college they tell me that my new joining date have been shifted to Jan 1, 2024. On 21st Dec 2023, two weeks before joining, I get a mail saying that my offer had been cancelled. They said covid 19 and slump in the IT sector as few of the reasons. I don't know what to do. HR not responding.

On 17th Sept 2024, Mere saare rounds complete hogye hain Aur manager round bhi hogya hai, tab uske baad HR ne shortlisted Kar diya aur bola ki u will get an email. Lekin mail Kab tak aayegi, any idea ki Kab tak mail aayegi aur offer letter bhi usi mei hoga kya.

I have clear ed all rounds. mujhe offer letter abhi tak nahi mila hai lekin mail pe onborading ho chuka hai. 100 pts ho gaye hai .mai already SR Executive tha previous company me lekin profile me excutive aa raha hai. kya offer letter aane ke baad main hr se bat karke mera designation correct kår sakta hu kya? kyonki hiring both Executive air SR Executive ke liye hai.
