they released bird in 2019 for exploration (5th concert) in japan; so that japanese fans could sing along. it had 6 members - suho, baekhyun, chen, chanyeol, kai and sehun. they re-recorded for their recent fanmeeting in japan (exo channel) with 8 members, adding xiumin and kyungsoo! this is re-recorded. the runs here are clearer and their voices sound a bit matured. chanyeol's just blessed by the fountain of youth. they also made slight instrumental changes to make it sound more crisp ^^

EXO is truly EXtraOrdinary. Vocals galore ♥️ This idol group is absolutely in a class of their own, then & now. I just so love everything about them. Bird was EXO's 3rd Japanese single. It was said that this version will be included in their comeback album. Xiumin & DO were not in the 1st version as they were still enlisted.

Did you listen to the new song LET ME IN?!!!! Yet unreleased but they performed in both Seoul and Japan fanmeets. I died. Also Marz (producer) whose Exo credits include Tempo, Love Shot, Ko ko bop, The Eve, Ooh La la la, Sweet Lies and moooore, went on live and said he’s working on the new album, too!! Well. Wolf by EXO was weird to me at first listen. Even the lyrics made me question. But after a few more listen, it creeped in making me love the song as I slowly realize it is like a story. Then!! AND THEN, WOLF REMIX LIVE WAS BORN!! THAT SHT WAS SO AMAZING IT BROUGHT ME TO TEARS. If u are going to listen to it, I recommend watching the MV first, then watch the MAMA+MONSTER+WOLF REMIX (Exordium concert) It was so lit that Kai's shoes gave up during Wolf performance!! Great reaction, Brock! Bird is my favorite EXO B-side of all time. I'm happy it's getting attention again. =) Wolf and Lady Luck would be my least favorite EXO songs only because of the production on some parts. The other parts are nice and their vocals are always excellent. This is based on the CD versions. Live versions are way better.

least favourite hmmm - i think i'll go with damage from don't mess up my tempo or the star from miracles in december, coming over from japanese album (yes, i bopped to it in the fanmeeting BUT THEY MAKE LIVE PERFS SO FUN). like see, there's comparatively worse songs but i been stanning for half a decade and the tastes CHANGE. i used to not like heaven a lot but now i love it; there's also the fact that the lives of some songs elevate the whole listening experience (wolf live).
