13:18 it appears that their facebook support may be their "remote" workers. Their web site live chat (to either Vanessa or Al) are at the Utah building. FYI.. you can fly the Hubsan drones with the Blackhawk2 App. As you mention, I see no evidence that Hubsan is still not the engineers behind the updates. Their CEO "Teflon Charlie" let it slip when he mentioned an update ... the one he mentioned was 1.4.7 but he said it would be released the next day , when in fact Hubsan had released it 3-4 days earlier. EXO is highly suspect but there are many uninformed lemmings that believe all the Hype and will pay for a brick and mortar return facility.

For the community. They are all over the place with their ads and many people do not know that Exo drones simply rebrands cheap drones. No innovation so far. Maybe they will develop something in the future. Who knows.

I have done Honest reviews about the Hubsan drones for years...the main reason why I always rooted for Hubsan was because they were a lot cheaper. I can deal with the pains of owning a Hubsan for thr price. For me, the Mini Pro still has too many basic problems.(mainly white balance and RAW image problems). Now a US company, known for misleading ads, partners with them.. gets it made in black, and puts cheap gold stickers on it and charges more for the same drone. Then they send freebies out to all of the bigger channels, knowing noone will bash them after getting $1000 worth of drones. Genius. Why people watch those videos and make their decisions. Blows my mind.

I have lost confidence and trust in many of the KZbinrs who profess to be expert, unbiased drone reviewer's - nearly all ,apart from this channel, took the free product ( they say no payment changed hands) and continued to give it an absolutely brilliant review and repeated all the marketing wank word for word. @@richardhalliday6469 I really appreciate your comments. I try to provide an honest opinion, even when I would get products to review for free or discounted. A lot of reviewers lost my faith in their reviews during the Hubsan/ Exo craziness. One of the reasons why I haven't posted in a while. I do it for fun, obviously not money :) It's not much fun watching people promote garage, knowing it's garbage, and I didn't want to be a part of that.

didn't get that far. wanted to make sure it was just another Hubsan. Also, I got an IMU calibration needed error twice. calibrated it, flew it. Flew another time, same thing. Never had an IMU message on any other Hubsan so I believe it might have been another quality control issue from Hubsan. Sent it back immediately.

Maaan .! These drone are starting to cost to much for them not to function properly.! We need to stop buying these overpriced drones..and then they would start to use sum common sense on these prices.! This is rediculious and the cnt even fly for a whole day on 1 charge hell let alone a wk.. I dnt charge my car battery every day and get wks a months out of it...and soon as u take to drone out for a flight it as already deprecated n value or u mite lose it..SMH but we keep buying them lol
