Hello, the material configuration affects the choice of materials and the respective parameters (e.g. minimum and connector thickness). Of course you can. You can change anatomy in the free-form stage or you could select another anatomy from the tooth library in the tooth positioning stage (only for full anatomical crowns). Hope that answers your question. If not let me know.
