I have that stutter under low speed as well. I taped the vents in the rims and it helped with tire roll a lot.

So keen to see the new track finnished 👌 I found the esc programming completely transformed the scx6 from stock in my opinion.. makes it much more usable.

If only the motor sensor wire wasn’t proprietary to that esc that’s what I’d have on it.

Hobbywing ESC and spectrum ESC I assume are very similar and they seem to play it safe as far as power delivery compared to Castle. Can you use that 1900 KV motor and just switch to the castle ESC? Also that turbo timing if it's anything like the hobby wing setup it only comes in after you hit full throttle so if you drive around at half throttle you'll never see that turbo timing. Once you hit full throttle the turbo timing will be introduced depending on if you have it set instantaneously or on a delay If delayed for 1 second it will come in 1 second after you hit full throttle. (You probably knew this already but just figured I'd share) As always love the videos man keep it up.

My 2 cents on the axial 6 wheels if you're interested used parts from my losi super rock rey parts LOS252077 & LOS252112 you need too keep the axial little metal ring on the axial thanks love theme videos keep them coming

Justin case I didn't mention that the front need a little love first-time I drove I didn't notice the front rubbed a little next to the bearings it is because the pin isn't big enough and it also has some movement in and out hope you didn't break your parts.

I’d love to see what the stock motor would do with a Monster X ESC. I think that stock ESC is the real limiting factor.

Same here. The motor sounds like it would be beefy. The esc seems to be a choke. You’d need a sensor plug adapter to make it work. I can’t wait for Joe to throw in a mmx8s 1717 I know he knows haha 😂

Id love to see you cram that system in the new redcat marksman. Its underpowered for its size with the hw1080 and crawlmaster sport motor. Great combo in a 1/10 but not for the weight of a 1/8

Didn't you install a FS GT5 radio system into one of your SCX6's before ? I cannot find any articles regarding the installation of that into an SCX6 ? It's as if it has never happened ? My SCX6 Spektrum RX/TX programming has failed electronically and currently I have little hope of recovering from that or recalibrating this Spektrum transmitter. The FS GT5 install was my last ditch hope 😭

@@ExocagedRC figured it out it’s actually the most recent firmware update they did mess the tuning of the scensored esc’s and that’s why it’s not working at the moment
