1 A/C runs on alternator? Running your amps hotter will not only make them perform worse, it may also degrade caps inside it faster or even make bad amps go into thermal runaway or protection mode so you are going to burn amp by making it run hotter. Some older Orion amps worked bad once they heated up, they went into thermal runaway and transistors blew up. If you have to fix your amp and subs that often than you really dont know what you are doing. Please if you are going to comment against it, make good arguments...

Hey exo i have been watching all your video's and really need some advice on my build. I dont know how fimiliar you are with DD audio but i have 2 x 5000rms m4b amps strapped. Running at 10000rms at 2 ohm. I build a wall with 4 x DD815 subwoofers. I have upgraded my alternator and currently running one kinetic hc2400 battery. The gain on the amp is almost down because od to much voltage drop. How much more kinetic batterys should i get to have optimum power? Or should i get lithuim ion? I started of with only 1 amp and got around 151db at the time but still disnt had enough power.

So confused. After amplifier efficiency, your system is easy pulling over 13.5k from the electrical. And your alt can "only" put out 1/3rd that amount. This is possible thanks to that megalith battery I'm assuming?? And then after taking all of this into consideration, How is this possible with you running 2-3 different batteries at once, I read that all batteries had to be next to identical in order to work properly. I would appreciate any and all corrections in my logic ~~~~~~

You can mix them in certain cases, for example you can run AGM in front and use isolator for your lithium in back. That way batteries are connected only when charging but charging voltage might be a bit lower depending on battery you have. Lithiums can provide alot of power for shorter bursts rather than longer periods, again all depends on setup so it would be nice if he goes a bit into details (even though i think he might have older video)
