Please try to use a damp towel under your cutting board while cutting to keep it secure to the surface you're working on. That was a scary scene to watch with all that bouncing and sliding.One cut is all it takes in a survival situation.. or every day knife.

The Esee CR 2.5 is ~$85 (I own) The only Esee I regret, not because of quality, simply Way overpriced. This Exodus-3 is ~$155. Plus shipping and tax. ~$180? They are beefy steak knives. As an EDC? Am I missing something?
