Exodus is one of the only bands that actually can make music that really suit their titles. "Architect of Pain, Children of a Worthless God, Iconoclasm", their riffs and how they play them really follow the title of the songs. Very few bands actually get that right.
@susanlindsaywaddle73947 жыл бұрын
Exodus is an American Thrash Metal Band formed in 1979 in California. 38 years of Classically rocking Thrash Metal, of course the band line up has changed over time. The current band members are: Guitarists Gary Holt and Lee Atlus, Bassist Jack Gibson, Drummer Tom Hunting and Lead Vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza. Kirk Hammet lead guitarist from Metallica was a founding member of Exodus in 1982 and 1983 but left upon joining Metallica. Exodus is another Classic Thrash Metal band among the pioneers of the thrash metal genre. They really rock hard!! And are still rocking!! Another album is expected for release in early 2018! Kiitos virkaa varten Ari! Exodus Rokki! 🤘🏻🖤🎸😎

This is real metal, none of that over the top trying to be scary or trying to be satanic crap. because it's all about the music, not image, or style one of that matters only the music.
@michaelbullington77526 жыл бұрын
Zorichai Satanic music, literature, and films are here to stay. As far as the imagery in costume, make up, stage props, etc., I think they're great. For me, I think the satanic theatrics are just a means to an end; not the end in itself. I'm very picky about what music I listen to so I haven't run across a band that employs empty posturing with the inverted pentagram as their token of outrageousness for "Satan's sake". If you know of instances please let me know. I like to avoid crap bands as much as all of us metal heads do.
@hmpz369116 жыл бұрын

Word I love that too man , I hate how every single band on earth has to jump on the pentagram band wagon from anthrax to testament I mean fuck off , can we do something original please ? tell me how many fucking songs from Deicide do we have to hear against Jesus Christ ... played out ,juvenile ,and stupid... I love those bands, but I hate how they have to jump on the devil's dick in order to sell an album it's freaking bullshit.

I dunno man, I like it and I'm a big Exodus fan, everything from "Bonded.." to their latest. It was definitely their best produced record before their hiatus... A lot of the thrashers back then dismissed it because it leaned more towards commercial but I thought it was still heavy. At least they didn't pull a Metallica... The guitar-work on their recent albums is stellar, you should give em a listen!
