somewhere in the Tidal Wave footage Toby went to do a crowdwalk since the top of the crowd was only about knee high to the stage and some youngster was in the downward part of a headbang when Toby stepped on the back of his head and pile drove his face into the concrete stage. wasnt done on purpose but it destroyed the kids face.Last i saw of him he was sitting on the ground in a huge puddle of blood waiting for the paramedics to get there
