The State of Alabama owes this man an apology and the Funds this man would have earned working all those years he spent in prison for a crime he didn't commit. America is a land of racists and it's legal system favors those with money- better to be guilty and rich then poor and innocent!!!

The problem with this tragic case is that it is not isolated. The American justice system is truly broken. Once the cops and prosecutors decide you are guilty they make sure you are. So many innocents have been put away for crimes they didn’t commit. On the opposite side If you are part of the rich and wealthy you get off. The champion of the free world is not so much that champion!!

I read this book and it's an outstanding book and everyone should read this magnificent autobiography by Anthony Ray Hinton 😉. However there's one question has the real perpetrator ever been arrested by the state of Alabama of these horrible crimes back in 1985? Now that's an investigation that needs to be done today 😒. Truly Yours Mr.Cottrell 😰.

I'm reading his book the second time through. I can't get over all of the heart rending subplots and the amazing things he accomplished on death row. And Bryan Stevenson is a man above many men, and he pursued justice for Anthony without pause. The state cared not a bit for justice in any shape or form. My opinion is that in the end they got tired of the two and just let him go. But who cares. You will be awed and the tears will flow many times during the reading of this great and powerful story.

I just wanna know how in the hell this man is still sane? I think a lot of us tend to forget that death row is not the same like being in prison. It is pure hell on earth 24 hour lockdown in a 5 by 7 and you get to see outdoors once a week. Its worse than hell. We all need to stand up for the innocent. We need to all start looking deeper into innocent stories and protest for them. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Father forgive them for they do not know what they are doing. So unfortunate that they hate other people expecially African- Americans and other races, and their fellow human beings. I feel so sorry for them, as the Bible says: 1 John 2:11 ► But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness. He does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes. And the Word of God also says in 1 John 3:15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that eternal life does not reside in a murderer. So you can imagine that these humans thinking they are superior than others and hates others where their eternal home will be if they die in their sins and in their hate towards others. Imagine the time of slavery in the US, the lynching of African- Americans, Jim Crow, segeragation and all those hatered towards African- Americans and those who killed and lynched innocent African - Americans and thinking they got away with it, as their fellow white human beings protected them and did not went to jail. You can imagine where their souls are if they did not repented and died in their hate. There are going to be a lot of white people in hell
