I'm a metalhead, but I've always loved and respected electronic/rave music as well. This song definitely brings me back to my younger years as I remember hearing it for the first time like years ago. I never realized how cool and trippy the official music video is.
@bwzes039 жыл бұрын
during the early years of rave/hardcore we'd see a lot of metalheads with their long hair on the dancefloor not exactly at home yet... 6 months later they'd shaved their heads with trainers on, jumping like all the others like they never did anything else... This was the scene in the Netherlands circa 90's...

@@DokterRoetker well yeah, you own the music cd and you can listen wherever and whenever you put the cd/casette in the player. Heck even an mp3 format on your local storage player. I was knee high to a Grass Hopper when this music was popular, around 4 years old, I would watch my older brother and cousins get ready for a night out with this. I was so excited to grow up and enjoy the sense of togetherness and love. Yet when I grew up, my generation of music was just not the same, gangsta rap etc. I feel sometimes like I was born in the wrong decade. I had an amazing opportunity to collaborate with DJ Taucher which I gladly took, I love the old rave, trance and Techno. This is coming from a classicaly trained pianist, who adores the greats such as Chopin, Beethoven and List. I also miss the world before Facebook, Instagram etc. Other people from the younger generation after me feel the same way.

I could have written this, really! I was a child too back then. And in 2002 I was literally obsessed by anything which had 199? printed on, like I already knew that kind of life would extinct in a few years and I needed collecting whatever carried the proof of that previous world image to not see it fade away. I wish I was born in the 70s or in 1860s. Arts were still to be honored with decades of quality productions and humans still had the bravery to push the boundaries away in a variety of fields including *conscious + self conscious thought*.

Daniel Garcia You forgot one crucial thing Mr Detective, I'm not a Native English Speaker. I have no idea what Vibes is and I've already forgotten much of the song except for its catchy tune. The mid 70s to mid 2000s were the coolest years of dance music. You had so much variety in subgenres it wasn't even funny. You had disco, synth pop, breakbeat, DNB(drum and bass), electro funk, early dub step, electro rock, electro rap, house, EDM, EBM, euro dance, Japanese dance, trance, techno and many more. Don't me wrong, there is still great dance/electro music out there, but the eras I listed were the best.

Talk about a throw back. This band is for the classic files that started my love for these beats. 20 years later my taste has calmed a bit but this made me smile and bring back lots of memories

Rebecca Thieme vllt einfach alt geworden?
@dahooliii5 жыл бұрын
@runarrikeborn75175 жыл бұрын
mir vergeht das "feiern" wenn ich mir die atmosphäre anfühle...da wir "1995" ja schon etwa ungefähr also zwischen 46 und 72 sind...😉😘 fällt es mia sooo schweer atmosphäre zu finden..
@dahooliii5 жыл бұрын

ooh those were the days in the Netherlands. party all night long and then next morning. We passed the church and there was the preacher standing and screaming to us; ' you are listening to the music of the devil. You will go to hell. So watch out kids only god can save you'. We were all in higher state of mind ;-), playing this soundtrack on our bikes,scooters and cars and going to the next party, after party or home. MAYBE THE PREACHER WILL READ THIS; WE ALL ARE still a LIVE and have a JOB,WIFE/HUSBAND/ KIDS and a live. So i guess we didn't go to hell after all. ;p ;-)
