I started watching this filled with despair, depression and hopelessness. I was asking God and Jesus to help my depression. I started to say the prayer oh most precious blood of Jesus, save us and save the world. I started to weep and felt a burning tingle run down both sides of my neck. I kept crying and saying this prayer. I felt the heaviness lift from my heart, leave my body. Thank you blessed mother for this prayer. Thank you holy spirit. I don't know. First, where in the Bible does he see this prayer? Second, it's Jesus who saves us not his blood. When he says precious blood of Jesus save us, it means that we pray to the blood. Like it's an object. But it's Jesus, the person who saves us, and the blood is used for it. But it's not the thing which saves us, Jesus is.

With regards to your question, from what I’ve learned Monsignor Rossetti (at the St. Michael Center You Tube Channel) has powerful deliverance prayers posted online. Perhaps you could combine saying the prayers like those with fasting and praying the Rosary. While the Church doesn’t have an “official” teaching on generational curses exorcists seem to agree that there are spirits that are passed down, not to mention the Freemasonry curses which they also agree are real. I wish I had learned of this prayer when I was 12 years old when I was afflicted first with anxiety and later serious depression. In my late 20s I finally said to myself I've had enough and won't let mental illness control me anymore. Curiously, I never was treated for depression (no psychotherapy or medication) but since then I've never been clinically depressed ever again. Prayer and varied self study into the matter certainly helped. If I had learned how to pray "Precious blood of Jesus Christ save us and the whole world" early on-I wouldn't have suffered senselessly for almost two decades. 🙏♥️✝️
