If you can make a smeltery, y'all can craft enhanced tools that mine in a wide area at a time. It's vein mining, but more progression earned since you have access to all the resources that comes with being on the ground instead of the sky.

Chance cubes are added by the mod literally called "Chance Cubes", and it's not in the modpack they appear to be using, so no luck. Someone else has said this is the modpack they're using: www.atlauncher.com/pack/LapitosGalacticraftModpack

There is not. In worlds other than Sky Factory, Chance Cubes tend to spawn in the world, thus they would have found a few littered about by now. And, loot bags are a different mod that is also not in the modpack.
