10g gelatine | gelatina
250g whipping cream | frisca

100g pineapple juice | suc de ananas
50g caster sugar | zahar tos
8g gelatine | gelatina
150g pineapple juice | suc de ananas
Chantilly cream | Crema chantilly

did you use gelatin mass (powdered gelatin with added water until it is hard) and used 10g of mass or was it leaves? if you used leaves or powder what strength?

What size tin did you bake the sponge, how long do you freeze the finished product and do you serve it frozen or defrosted?

Hi chef what kind of gelatin are you using bloom strength? If I am using powder is that 10g of powder or would it be 10 g of gelatin mass? Thank you for your help in advance! Your cakes are stunning!!!!

Hi, Bloom 200 I'm using. 10g gelatine can be gelatine sheet soaked in ice cold water. 10g gelatine powder, soaked in 60g ice cold water and after melted ( 1 part gelatine 6 part water )
