Let me tell y’all. I joined PJ‘s training for a reason and let me tell you. It’s well worth it and no one out there will teach you with the right knowledge as PJ does along his team. Thankful to be part of ECH family and constantly learning each and every day, step by step. Thank you Pejman for this intriguing and informative video. Keep it up..👍🏻

One of the things I learned from watching PJ is the impact the spec of the car has on its value. Before I just look at car as such but I learned the difference is in the details.

I agree with everything you said. There is some relief coming in approximately 3 years. There is a new semiconductor plant being built in the US. This should take away some of the reliance on China and Taiwan for the US domestic companies, which should free up supplies overseas. Exotic car production will likely increase for entry level exotics such as the Huracan and the supply will get closer to the demand. The days of used cars over MSRP will come to an end and the markets will stabilize, but remain high for rare collectibles.

PJ, Show me on the doll where the lease program touched you. Nothing wrong with a lease if done right. I leased my previous McLaren and sold it two years later before the lease was up and got 50K over the buyout and made 20K. A lease is no different than a loan. The biggest advantage is you only pay taxes on the payments you make on the lease, when a dealer buys out the car from you, you don't pay the taxes on the remaining balance. That is the biggest advantage. And then of course there's the corporate deduction if you got a corporate lease and you own your own company. I really don't understand the hate towards leases, You're not going to actually give the car back at the end of the lease, there's always equity if you get the right car at the right price. But if you save 20 or 30K on taxes, that's a huge win. Unless you do Montana, you don't get that advantage with a loan or a cash deal. As soon as you buy the car cash, you have to pay that 6 to 8% sales tax, gone. When you least, you may only pay that on maybe 100K or so across your payments. That stops as soon as you get out of the lease early and sell it. P.S. Unrelated, I did get a 765LT Spider at MSRP. :P
@ExoticCarHacks2 жыл бұрын
"A lease is no different than a loan". Yes it is. A lease is the cost of the expected depreciation of a car hacked into 36 monthly payments. It's a rental agreement for depreciation with a buyout option. Your buyout happened to come at the first time in history when the price of literally every car went to the moon bc of the covid supply shortage. That's not a repeatable model.
@XennialGuy2 жыл бұрын
@@ExoticCarHacks You're assuming that all of your lease payments are going towards the depreciation of your car, or the money factor. Most of your payments goes towards your principal just like a loan, the money factor is essentially no different than interest, But is considered a rent charge. I leased and sold my Mac pre-COVID and still made money because I bought it right. If you have 36 payments equaling 100k, on a 300k car, you are basically paying a rent charge, or interest on the lease schedule. If you exit out of the car early, say a year, you don't pay those remaining rent charges, no different than not paying the remaining interest on a loan. Even the cap cost adjusted down payment goes towards your principal just like a loan. I leased and sold many luxury cars pre-COVID and made money by simply flipping them and never had to pay taxes on anything more than the payments I made. Obviously during COVID things were even better. But I don't understand why an open or closed lease is any worse than a loan to you. You don't own the car when you have a loan either, that bank that stamped on the title is the real owner until you pay it off. Once you get a loan or pay cash on a vehicle, you paid 100% of the sales tax right up front and lost all that right off the top. You don't have that disadvantage with a lease, and you can write it off if it's a corporate lease.
@kingrichards3000 Жыл бұрын
Hehe clearly doesn’t understood leases in my opinion. I’m with u …I’ve done the same like you and came out pretty well with leases as well and the tax write offs is real. ESPECIALLY in California

PJ, this video was very educational. Thanks for putting out this great content, I have subbed and will look at your training. I know Porsches don’t always qualify as “exotic” unless it’s a GT3 variant. But with this in mind, do you believe Porsche 911 (Carrera GTS or S) values will continue to climb or come down this year or next, or go up? Tech seems to hurt these cars as the newer ones keep getting better, as does the performance, but how do you know when a cars value has already depreciated (with Porsche in mind), and is at a point where it’s the smart time to buy a used one? Some say the naturally aspirated 911’s will be desirable in the future, not sure “collectible” is the right word, but what do you think?

I'm thinking about joining but I do have a question, are any of these cars or exotic cars period are within a price bracket that makes sense and is affordable without being super rich to buy one? I guess that's my concern I mean this sounds good but if the budget is $50k for example how are you driving one of these for something in that price range for a car that's well over $100k? Does your program show you how to what negotiate a deal to drop the price 50%-60% of the retail price? How is that even possible?

Not everyone is going to give you this kind of insight for free. Many people thought we would all be driving electric cars overnight but even Elon Musk said that the transition would take at least 25 years. Even if you are not interested in buying exotic cars, he is giving you practical information to better understand the car market price cycle.

I think he has many good points, very detail and insight when it comes to dealers. But I think he is exaggerating on many points and respect to sell his course. But don’t be telling the other 94% of America they can own exotic cars, only 6% of Americans make over 200k and even at that it’s still hard to pay 2-4k on a lease hoping I bought the one off car that goes up in value. I mean realistically the average salary in America is like 55k. The exotic car game is a rich Man’s game don’t tell people to go broke trying to own these cars.
