Correct, it makes it higher. and i'm not sure if Real has the bonus buffer....

Wow. MLM comes to mind... Having tiers should NEVER happen in real estate or in ANY company.

It makes sponsors financially incentivized to help their sponsees grow, and it's cheaper than paying recruiters. Keller williams has it, and outside of real estate it's very common too. Curious to know what specifically about the Revenue Share structure you don't like. Very curious!

Because when you think about it. In organizations where there is no payout to the middle people, there is a pyramid where the person at the top (the CEO) gets all of the money. What industry are you in?
