Man, really jealous here. Since they came out with the modules, Ive always wanted to build a very small pod rack or whatever based around both the Instruo Lubadh and the Arbhar. Unfortunately I don't even know where to start with that. I've tried delving into Eurorack before and while sure, I could cram a bunch of modules into a giant case and hope for the best, focusing down something around a couple modules, I just don't even know what other modules I would need aside from a mixer / out and possibly some LFOs. It's all so overwhelming for my misfiring brain. lol

Oh mannn modular is such a rabbit hole to fall down. I think the best advice is to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve before you begin, or else it gets out of hand pretty quickly!

I came to hear how to correctly pronounce the name of this module... but stayed for the wild stuff you're doing with it!

I don’t understand why this module and the Arbhar don’t have any sort of recording to memory card or USB in/out. It seems like both modules could benefit by some sort of display that helps with precise tuning of the parameter. It is possible I just don’t get the idea. Maybe it is supposed to be imprecise. Your patches sound really cool.

Thanks a lot! They do have USB in and output actually I believe! I tend not to use it though (or at least haven't so far). There are some neat tricks for Lubadh in terms of the way the LEDs light up which help that I only discovered after posting this ha.

Both arbhar and lubadh work very well with PNW. PNW can be quantized for the arbhar V/oct input while each increment you go up on pams is a half step on the lubadh making it great for tonal sequences. There is a good amount of visual feedback on both modules imo; there could be more on the arbhar but thats nit picking. both modules save the last thing recorded into the buffer even after powering off. Thats 9 minutes for each deck on the lubadh and 6 10second buffers on the arbhar. Both have save and recall functions as well but are pretty hit or miss. It should be noted that both modules are expecting large firmware updates very soon. Also is that a bizarre jezabel tattoo on your right hand?

Hello ! How is possible to load sound from usb stick (behind the module) ? I mean which file name bits hrz... ? Thanks

I'm not sure of the specifics unfortunately, but it should be detailed in the manual!

Did you ugrade the firmware on the Lubadh yet ? I’m on the fence and kind of like it as it is …

Not yet, but I heard that it does some awesome things so I need to get onto that.

How do they make the wheels go round? 🤔witchcraft? Be careful though…I had one and I managed to get the left knob going so slow it ran backwards, power supply blew and I was transported back thru time! 🙀 now I’m my own grandfather…🥹

It's a clever use of LEDs! Really smart. It makes it look awesome. When I started reading your comment I was like 'whaaaa', and then I realised that you're actually just Doc from Back to the Future.

Not convinced Modular is the answer, sounds goofy.....

Modular is never the answer. Except to expedite bankruptcy.
