There is a FAR more effective way to produce Clay with cobblestone - Gravel can be crushed into sand and clay, which can then be washed into more clay at a 25% chance so basically just put two *crushing wheel* pairs in a row and you will get clay MUCH faster. Edit: Grindstone is the one out of the 3 similar sounding names that DOESN'T fill the express purpose of turning gravel into sand - use crushing wheels NOT grindstones. The mills work too but are really slow.

Instead of using wood, use an infinite lava source using dripstone, then fill about 10 buckets with the lava and make a mechanical arm deploy it in the blaze burners, and repaeat the cycle. You can find an example in TangoTek's create series video. I use that methode for my steam engines. You can also use the infinite lava to make the andesite and granite.

22:00 I can strongly recommend putting all logistics on a speed controller seperate from everything else and on max speed. Belts, afaik, have ZERO stress impact, so you can have max speed logistics without the machine speed affecting it. 32:00 I would also plan mid to high-value items like obsidian to have overflow systems in place, so that the spout gets the lava first AND if you ever have too much obsidian, it goes into a vault before it becomes loose items in the world that can despawn or burned for lag reasons. A conveyor belt over a chute into crushing wheels should do.
@TheSeacap Жыл бұрын
Suggestion: add a bulk blaster that will turn the logs into charcoal, and use the charcoal for the steam engine. I made a steam engine in my world and from testing i found out that charcoal has 80 seconds of burn time in a blaze burner while logs only have around 18.
@Malthinae Жыл бұрын
If you really want to push it, you can then add a press to turn all that delicious charcoal into charcoal blocks with 10x the burn time for the price of 9. It's only a 11% gain in efficiency (and a whole lot more iron to burn through) but it still saves on resources over time. Also, using a basic steam engine with a couple of campfire is nice if you want to ensure water is always delivered to your more efficient engines, because with campfires you can get very low power, infinitely sustainable engines that don't require fuel.
@TheSeacap Жыл бұрын

Great video!!! just some tips You don't need to dig big holes really, you can just use a schematic cannon with an empty schematic so it just clears all the blocks. It may not be the fastest way but it's 100% passive and easy to do. You can right click cogwheels, shafts and belts with andesite or brass casing to make them look better I'd recommend instead of using logs to power the steam engines using lava or charcoal. You can make the mechanical arms feed the blaze burners directly, which is way simpler. You can mix iron nuggets with andesite to make andesite alloys, it's more efficient. Other than that, just keep the great content 👍🫡

Loved the video @Shalz! Can't wait for the next video man! You should have your own take on the Metro with the "High Speed Train" that you built, Maybe use the Different Colors of the Seats to Show which Train is for Which Line (i.e. Red Seats for the Red Line, Green For the Green Line etc.) and Map them out using Maps in Minecraft while the More Industrial Focused Trains are Steam Engines and the Server will be Tasting the Rainbow like Jeb's been Tasting the Rainbow his whole Life (Jebus Craft) LMAO! Also, Nice to see the Building of the "SAFT1S Server Reserve" and getting Gold Production taken care of. If you want the Same for all Ores, then just Send Cobblestone to the Crushing Wheels to get crushed into Gravel, then Have the Gravel crushed into Sand and wash the Sand with a Fan Blowing water into it and you'll get plenty of Diamonds, Emeralds, Gold, Copper, Iron, Redstone, Lapis Lazuli, and even Nuggets of Experience! You can then have each item from that sorted out with the Item Vaults and stored for later use!

Like all others in the series, this video is absolutely amazing. I'm no master builder, but a lot of create factories and Minecraft builds in general end up feeling a little empty to me. I think it may be the lack of human amenities like seating. Maybe just a bench (if available) across the back wall of a factory may make it feel more lived/worked in?
